christmas cheer

there are so many traditions...so many things i want my girls to experience and enjoy at Christmas. its their one and only childhood and at Christmastime there is alot to do. forget nine months pregnant and no energy...forget the random heat wave or the serious to-do list. instead lets do christmas crafts and write letters to Santa and watch Rudolph(for the hundredth time). we enjoyed our weekend staying home and just playing and resting. playing with Christmas little peoples and reading holiday books...enjoying our decorations and making ornaments for sammy's classmates. we finally decorated our tree too. here's to making lots of traditions count this year and trying to not get worn out with the hectic calendar.

annual North Pole party and man is it magical. watching Samantha and Kinsley's faces on a scavenger hunt for things Santa lost off his sleigh, spotting a real Elf and exchanging presents with new and old friends....it is childhood at its best. got this pregnant mamma very emotional. thanks kelle for all the fun memories!

holiday breakfast at tyler's barber shop...saw a helicopter land in green tree parking lot and met mr and mrs. clause too


and it looks as if Mr. Pancake is also getting ready for a new baby around here....


now, whew.....i am off to take my nightly bubble bath...goodnight sweet dreams!
