Sammy and Santa

samantha had her first visit with santa last week.....somehow this is also the same time she has started having some awareness of strangers and new people. we tried explaining to her how santa was her friend and he takes care of reindeers and loves kids...but somehow our best stories didn't help any. ha. she had a tight grip on her daddy's shirt before setting her on santa's lap and after a quick inspection and feel of his giant beard the VERY loud, scared scream came. some shoppers even stopped to cheer us on. ends up guess its a right of passage to cry at santa and have a cute picture to capture the entire moment. and doesn't she look just the part in her festive dress. xoxo to busy santa!
