Birthday Bliss.....

tyler and i headed to the ritz carlton for our annual dinner
      lunch at the turtle club earlier today...yeah for my favorite mimosas and coconut shrimp, yum....ps. did anyone else's hair smell like the sandy beach after you got home. yesssssss!

this past week I celebrated my 27th birthday with family and friends. my actual birthday was on the 19th but we started the parties with a couple of family birthday dinners, then our annual romantic ritz carlton dinner on friday, and ending with a fun girls lunch at the turtle club on the beach.  doesn't get any better than this week of fun and memories. thank you for all of your birthday wishes....i told tyler i feel like the luckiest girl. and to make it all the more special...realizing it is my first birthday as a new mommy...what a reason to celebrate. baby samantha was a happy girl as we spent the day, just the three of us, on friday finishing up our christmas wrapping and shopping. she is surprising us each day with how smart and smiley she is. its been almost a full week now of sleeping through the night and taking naps on her own. a sure sign she is growing up. it has been a real festive week and oh how i am looking forward to this next year ahead. happy birthday to all my fellow december birthday friends too. ps. congratulations nicole and ren who welcomed a new baby boy....baby Conor we can't wait to meet you!
