busy bee

we are busy bees recently celebrating and playing and visiting..... its buzzin with excitement around here with samantha's birthday just next week, getting ready for her party in just a few days and the arrival of samantha's new cousin any day now. so much to be happy about and its nice to be busy with so many happy occasions. last weekend we had a lunch playdate/one year photo shoot here at our house on friday, tyler and i enjoyed a date night out that night. then saturday we browsed the farmers market, ran errands for birthday supplies, spent the afternoon celebrating a baby friend's first birthday and ended the evening with a sunset picnic at the beach with friends. onto sunday when tyler left for the high school state competition and to a friend's afternoon birthday lunch...whew... we were exhausted but delighted for such a whirlwind weekend. here are a few, (very few) pictures...too bad i can't take credit for taking any of them. hehee. here's to fun, busy weekends and lots of friends to celebrate.

what a fun, last minute get together at the beach. lots of new friends and old, lots of babies and kids playing in the sand, lots of perfect photo ops, bags of chips and a salty breeze. yah!
