happy 5th birthday Kins!

kinsleys birthday weekend was even more special with her godmother and cousin, Carly, flying in for the festivities. what wonderful memories we have together! 


she specifically asked for a tennis party months beforehand...i didn't exactly know what that meant but i knew she was 100%. we rented a bounce house for the first time for our yard and had tennis games planned for the driveway. an outside party with snacks inside. boo for the weather and the only 1.5 hours of the whole day that we had the party friends here it rained. man. but the kids were happy and jumped and played anyway. loved celebrating my girl with our friends and family and seeing her face shine!!!! five years old!  and here is what i posted the morning of her birthday...

"five years ago on the coldest, quiet morning...my precious kinsley jane was born at 6:41 am. her daddy got to announce to the hospital room "its a girl" and we cried and kissed and snuggled our christmas baby. Late last night i peeked on her, the twinkly christmas tree lights, her favorite stuffed animals and baby dolls everywhere, the stack of books next to her bed and i just stared....my sweet baby girl..sucking her thumb and curled up just like she always has. kins u have our heart! "
