back tracking a little.....

haven't "forgotten" to post an event since i started this blog awhile back but recently have been loving taking all kinds of pictures and so here are two pretty special memories i forgot to post last month. sorry for the backlog but HAD to include it in this journal/memory book that this blog has become for our family's future. soooo....
1. our day trip to busch gardens with the whole family. we carpooled up in two cars on a regular friday to explore the theme park and check out the animals. we had a blast and couldn't have been more relieved that it was overcast this day to save us from the heat. sammy loved the train ride through all the animal habitats and checking out the monkey exhibit too. she wasn't scared of ELMO and clapped along to the sesame street show too.

2. onto the big memory.... this past june 17 tyler and i celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary. each year it seems more and more special and there's just something about looking back at what we've accomplished and experienced in the past four years of marriage and past 7 years of being together. from the day of our beautiful wedding to the first anniversary that we spent hiking in costa rica to welcoming our baby girl together and all of the other big and little milestones in between. i couldn't have found a more loving and supportive husband who encourages me and listens to me and loves me unconditionally. we watch our wedding video and are reminded of that special day. a day of magic and love and unbelievable memories. something about how amazing it is to have every single one of your family and friends together in one room all happy and celebrating love. now that's unforgettable....

I love that one of Sammy Mac whispering something in her cousin's ear like she's giving him some insight about life. So cute! Happy anniversary to the super happy couple!! xo
