i heart weekends

oh how we love our weekends and what a fun weekend we've had so far. the best part is that its not over yet. saturday and sunday were just wonderful because i was with samantha every minute. yeah, it is even getting hard for me to just lay her down for a nap now i don't want to let go. ha! can i squeeze her and kiss her too much...nah. anyway, i'm trying my best to get used to my new schedule and think positive but when i'm with her i just can't get enough and i miss our quiet days together at home. but the best part is that sammy on the other hand is just as happy as always. 

sooooo on saturday, tyler had to work most of the day and we spent the morning playing at the park and in the water spouts with baylee and anna ruth. the girls enjoyed their sugary pink donuts and even walked holding hands at one point. sammy loves to say "Bay" and run to Baylee. then on sunday we snuck in some family fun in the afternoon. we headed to the library to read books and relax away from the heat. samantha had a blast, especially when she found the big books to look at. we left there and stopped for dollar icecream cones at the homemade place across the street and then back to the house for a quick dip in the pool. ahhhh.

ps. tyler and i have noticed how fast she is changing into a big girl and so we are determined to use our video camera more so we can get our little cheekers on film forever. hope to have one to post soon.

pss. her newest words turtle, purple and for a few weeks now she's gotten really good at saying pleeeeese. hehehe
