eleven beautiful months
april 6th- today- a day to celebrate samantha's 11th month birthday-seriously? eleven months? you mean one month away from turning the big ONE? i can't believe it...really. my little cheekers is my little baby, not an almost toddler. crazy! we for sure have 11 reasons why we love our samantha..(well a million more than eleven, but we'll leave it at that) here goes....
11. how much hair she has gotten...a pretty shade of light brown and red mixed together...
10. the first sign of her showing us what she likes and dislikes...oh man how she can get frustrated sometimes
9. how she communicates and is so smart to tell us with her baby sign language what she wants
8. when she lays her head on our shoulder to cuddle, lays her head on cole baby and gives kisses to all of her dollies
7. her interest and curiosity in everything we are doing, and eating and saying
6. her baby talk and always wondering if those mamas and dadas and pop pops are making any sense yet
5. her independence...playing with her friends or reading stories or playing on her own
4. what a trooper she was through her first cold and her first big fever....and what wimps her daddy and i were, hehe
3. playing games together, how big is the baby, giving high fives, playing peekaboo, walking with her new walker toy
2. how content she is just to be with us, taking it all in and being so patient and smiley
1. how much her smile and laugh and beautiful blue eyes make us feel like the most proud parents in the world!
