Who needs new toys?

in the midst of a house full of new christmas toys, Samantha has found her way to fun in our everyday household things instead. hehehe. it all started with a quick crawl/scoot from where we were playing to the magazine bin. almost a full hour of fun with all the crinkly pages of our magazines..ripping and throwing and dragging them around. a few days later I decided to organize the kitchen cabinets and who else would I want to help me but my sidekick Sammy Mac....who knew tupperware and mixing bowls could be so exciting? it continued to her mimi and pop pop's house where she figured out how to open and close their tv stand doors and then to drag out every vhs and dvd from the cabinet. big mess = big smiles! oh the joy in watching Samantha discover new things and explore on her own. each day we are laughing and smiling in amazement at her curiosity and strength.
