my very own bakery

yesterday my mom and I started a new tradition of baking all kinds of new cookies together. we made five different kinds along with some chocolate pretzels. my kitchen looked like a hurricane came through and we had sprinkles and flour everywhere. my nanny came to help and baby samantha was a big help too. she even got to crush the peppermints. my mom came over with bags of supplies and we had aprons and christmas carols playing. i can't count how many cookies i "sampled". what a fun, delicious day! ps. only 2 days till santa comes!

round one....my oven was on from 8:30 to 5.....thank goodness for my pink kitchenaid!

toward the end of our baking day tyler made it home from a long day at work and found out how much samantha loved this nutcracker. imagine her huhuhu funny laugh over and over
