new years eve....the last day of 2010....a long day of cleaning and taking down christmas (sad face) and the excitement for the start of a new year and to ring it in with my wonderful husband and family....making it special for both my girls (happy face)....here's a big cheers to celebrating the last night of a really awesome 2010.

back home to relax and watch the ball drop...our neighborhood was having multiple driveway parties so sammy and daddy mingled while we got settled in the house...love that kinsley is sleeping in the background of all this

new years day....happy 2011...we celebrated the start of the new year with getting our house back into shape and finishing taking our christmas decorations down. a little sad to have it all end but we were ready to get things organized. i usually have a very very hard time saying goodbye to christmas (and all of the other holidays, big events, vacations...you get the point) but it seems there is just so much to be happy about right now and the fact that i dont have much time to sit and think about it all. ha ha. we are feeling ready for a fresh new start and to beginning our life as a family of four...i know for me it will be nice to feel a little more "with it" and i'm excited about the year ahead!

thanks to the icecream truck coming our way sammy had a late afternoon popsicle....

ending our night with popcorn and a movie...just ty and i (and our almost one-month-old) here's to a very HEALTHY and cheerful 2011 as we make more memories as a family and live each day with gratitude and love.
